aprir\u00e0 con una <strong>LECTIO MAGISTRALIS <\/strong>dedicata alla diagnostica per immagini.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La Tomografia Computerizzata (TC) costituisce oggi una delle metodiche pi\u00f9 utilizzate e performanti nel panorama delle apparecchiature di diagnostica per immagini. A partire dai primi studi limitati all\u2019encefalo ed effettuati con lo scanner EMI nel 1972, sono aumentate le possibilit\u00e0 di applicazione clinica della metodica TC, in relazione alla continua evoluzione dei sistemi hardware e software.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Durante la relazione introduttiva verranno analizzati i diversi aspetti dell\u2019evoluzione del tomografo (detettore, tubo radiogeno, esposimetri automatici, ecc\u2026). Inoltre, verr\u00e0 contestualizzato anche la figura storica del Tecnico Sanitario di Radiologia Medica, che ha incrementato le proprie competenze per rimanere al passo con l\u2019evoluzione tecnologica. emergenza-urgenza. La performance del processo di imaging in diagnostica primaria per il riconoscimento precoce del danno vascolare risulta quindi fondamentale nelle Stroke Unit, quanto nei centri periferici. In questa sessione verranno esposte le diverse modalit\u00e0 di acquisizione dello studio angiografico e di perfusione cerebrale mediante apparecchiature di diverse generazioni, analizzando le criticit\u00e0 a cui \u00e8 possibile incorrere e le relative soluzioni. (Rete Italiana Screening Polmone) \u00e8 uno dei progetti multicentrici di screening del tumore polmonare, implementati sul territorio italiano. Lo screening del tumore polmonare mediante TC del torace e le sue pi\u00f9 recenti innovazioni verranno trattati attraverso le parole di alcuni dei massimi esperti del settore, mediante un approccio trasversale. Infatti, uno degli obiettivi del nostro primo evento congressuale \u00e8 anche quello di dimostrare l\u2019importanza del carattere multidisciplinare che sostiene la diagnostica per immagini. Infine, la sezione dedicata alla fase di esercitazione consentir\u00e0 di comprendere meglio i processi di creazione di un software di intelligenza artificiale per l\u2019analisi del parenchima polmonare, attraverso l\u2019intervento di un esperto informatico e di un laboratorio di al follow-up. Protocolli di acquisizione ottimizzati e l&#8217;utilizzo di algoritmi di ricostruzione innovativi sono due aspetti fondamentali da conoscere e padroneggiare al fine di ottenere una elevata qualit\u00e0 diagnostica in concomitanza a un contenimento adeguato della dose da radiazioni ionizzanti. L&#8217;analisi dei report di dose &#8211; ottenuti mediante un gruppo multidisciplinare di professionisti &#8211; pu\u00f2 concorrere all&#8217;ottimizzazione dell&#8217;intero processo diagnostico in TC. Questo tipo artefatto avviene anche in presenza di stent coronarici, ma come si risolve? Le soluzioni da implementare per migliorare la qualit\u00e0 del dataset di acquisizione dipendono sia dall&#8217;esperienza dell&#8217;operatore che dalla tecnologia in uso, e possono essere sintetizzate come di seguito: l&#8217;aumento della tensione del tubo per un concomitante aumento dell&#8217;energia media e massima del fascio X; l&#8217;acquisizione a doppio kV per generare immagini virtuali monoenergetiche e l&#8217;utilizzo di un sistema di filtraggio potenziato del fascio radiante; utilizzare dei filtri di convoluzione dedicati. All&#8217;interno del focus sulla cardio verranno esaminati i principali artefatti che possono manifestarsi durante l&#8217;esecuzione di una CCTA e quali sono le potenziali soluzioni hardware e software da implementare. Il team di esperti proporr\u00e0 metodi e tecniche di miglioramento della performance globale di uno studio TC delle arterie coronarie, mediante la riduzione o l&#8217;annullamento dei tipici artefatti della CCTA anche attraverso il laboratorio cardio.
