\u00e8 una apparecchiatura opto-elettronica che, sulla base delle immagini radiologiche, restituisce la localizzazione delle patologie intracraniche e la mappatura delle aree critiche, rappresentando l\u2019Unit\u00e0 Operativa di Neurochirurgia abbiamo sviluppato procedure specifiche per integrare le immagini CT preoperatorie ed RMN funzionale (fRMN), di diffusione e di trattografia (DTI).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-inner-section elementor-element elementor-element-508acac elementor-section-boxed class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Risultati:<\/strong><\/p><p>La combinazione delle immagini CT e RMN identificano il punto di ingresso sulla superficie corticale.<br \/>In sala operatoria viene acquisita una immagine anatomica per sovrapporre la mappa funzionale ottenuta alla posizione del paziente in quel momento.<br \/>Un sistema di tracking permette al chirurgo di conoscere con esattezza i suoi movimenti nel campo operatorio ed individuare le strutture funzionali.<br \/>Un dispositivo di neurostimolazione fornisce informazioni costanti sulle aeree di trattamento e definisce i contorni di resezione chirurgica.<br \/>L\u2019utilizzo del neuronavigatore ha evidenziato una minore invasivit\u00e0 nel trattamento delle lesioni intracraniche profonde.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b948c0c elementor-widget elementor-widget-spacer\" data-id=\"b948c0c\" class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Materiali e metodi:<\/strong><\/p><p>Il software del simulatore rielabora le immagini ottenute dalle acquisizioni CT restituendo un modello 3D del cranio con tutti i suoi dettagli.<br \/>L\u2019applicazione delle tecniche di trattografia DTI individua i confini di resezione della lesione.<br \/>La RMN funzionale preoperatoria insieme al monitoraggio neurofisiologico intra-operatorio forniscono la mappatura funzionale del cervello.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Conclusioni:<\/strong><\/p><p>Il neuronavigatore trova applicazione in neurochirurgia nel trattamento dei tumori cerebrali, dell&#8217;epilessia e delle malformazioni cranio encefaliche.<\/p><p>Pianificare virtualmente il trattamento conoscendo in anticipo dettagli anatomici contribuisce a rendere meno invasivo l&#8217;intervento.<\/p><p>L\u2019avanzamento delle tecniche imaging CT e RMN sono alla base dell\u2019ottimo funzionamento del software del neuro navigatore.<\/p><p>L\u2019utilizzo del neuronavigatore ha dimostrato una riduzione dei tempi operatori con maggior risparmio delle aree sane..<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section
