Il fegato e la milza sono stati utilizzati come organi di studio. Le misurazioni sono state confrontate con i valori di riferimento, con l&#8217;intento di raggiungere una differenza di attenuazione tra le due fasi \u2265 50 UH.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-e26deb0 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"e26deb0\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-150f3c5\" data-id=\"150f3c5\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2b0b65d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2b0b65d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Risultati:<\/strong><\/p><p>Nel contesto di steatosi epatica, l&#8217;attenuazione minima rilevata in fase venosa sulla milza \u00e8 risultata di 120 UH. Il carico di iodio necessario per ottenere questi risultati, utilizzando mezzi di contrasto ad alta concentrazione, \u00e8 risultato variabile a seconda dell&#8217;apparecchiatura utilizzata, con un intervallo compreso tra 0,60 e 0,75 grammi iodio\/Kg.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-f5c8c04 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"f5c8c04\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-737dce8\" data-id=\"737dce8\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a002cca elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a002cca\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Conclusioni:<\/strong><\/p><p>L&#8217;uso di mezzi di contrasto ad alta concentrazione migliora significativamente l&#8217;imaging parenchimale, in particolare nelle patologie epatiche. L&#8217;adeguata regolazione del dosaggio di iodio \u00e8 cruciale per massimizzare l&#8217;efficacia di questa tecnica.
